At The Entrance, our chef treats every plate like it’s leaving his home kitchen, not a bar line. We start with quality ingredients, scratch-made sauces, and made-to-order dishes so your wings, pastas, steaks and seafood actually taste like a real restaurant meal—not “bar food.”
Is our Executive Chef who has a ton of experience and we are honored to have him. He has worked at Texas Road House, Millers Ale House, Five Roses, Sugar Factory, Salt Water and more
Our chef doesn’t send a plate out unless he’d proudly eat it himself. From wings to ribeye, everything that leaves this kitchen is high-quality, chef-driven food—never just “bar food.”
